{"id":492,"date":"2023-09-27T22:05:00","date_gmt":"2023-09-27T20:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alltogether.be\/?p=492"},"modified":"2023-09-27T22:04:49","modified_gmt":"2023-09-27T20:04:49","slug":"un-outil-de-diagnostic-structurant-le-diagramme-dishikawa-un-must-dans-sa-boite-a-outils","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alltogether.be\/index.php\/2023\/09\/27\/un-outil-de-diagnostic-structurant-le-diagramme-dishikawa-un-must-dans-sa-boite-a-outils\/","title":{"rendered":"Un outil de diagnostic structurant : le diagramme d\u2019Ishikawa, un must dans sa bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils \u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"prose\">D\u00e9terminer de fa\u00e7on structur\u00e9e mais simple les causes d&rsquo;un \u00e9v\u00e9nement. <br \/>Ou encore d\u00e9terminer ou cela a \u00ab\u00a0foir\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0m&#8230;\u00a0\u00bb &#8230;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Comment le faire de fa\u00e7on structur\u00e9e mais tr\u00e8s simple &#8230;&nbsp;<br \/>Voici un grand classique \u00e0 l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 reconnue.<\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>Diagramme de causes et effets<\/strong>, ou <strong>diagramme d&rsquo;Ishikawa<\/strong>, ou <strong>diagramme en ar\u00eates de poisson<\/strong> (fishbone) ou encore <strong>5M<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un outil d\u2019analyse \u00ab&nbsp; qualit\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb con\u00e7u par Kaoru <strong>Ishikawa <\/strong>(1915 \u2013 1989).&nbsp;Ishikawa \u00e9tait un ing\u00e9nieur japonais qui a travaill\u00e9 pour l\u2019entreprise Nissan et qui fit partie de la Juse (l\u2019Organisation des ing\u00e9nieurs et des scientifiques japonais) dans laquelle se retrouvaient pour \u00e9changer leurs id\u00e9es de grands noms de la gestion de la qualit\u00e9 tels que Deming, Taguchi ou encore Juran.<\/p>\n<p>Dans son mod\u00e8le initial (d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la production automobile), Kaoru Ishikawa recommande de regarder un \u00e9v\u00e9nement (l\u2019effet) sous cinq cat\u00e9gories de causes diff\u00e9rentes, r\u00e9sum\u00e9es par le sigle et moyen mn\u00e9motechnique 5M :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Mati\u00e8re<\/strong>&nbsp;: les mati\u00e8res et mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s et entrant en jeu, et plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les entr\u00e9es du processus (donc, par extension, \u00e9galement les informations disponibles&#8230;).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mat\u00e9riel<\/strong>&nbsp;: l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement, les machines, le mat\u00e9riel informatique, les logiciels et les technologies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>M\u00e9thode<\/strong>&nbsp;: le mode op\u00e9ratoire, la logique du processus et la recherche et d\u00e9veloppement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre<\/strong>&nbsp;: les interventions humaines.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Milieu<\/strong>&nbsp;: l&rsquo;environnement, le positionnement, le contexte.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ce diagramme repr\u00e9sente de fa\u00e7on graphique les <em>causes<\/em> aboutissant \u00e0 un <em>effet<\/em>. Il peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme outil de mod\u00e9ration d&rsquo;un brainstorming et comme outil de visualisation synth\u00e9tique. Cette m\u00e9thodologie&nbsp; peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e aussi bien en pr\u00e9ventif (analyse de risques) qu\u2019en correctif (recherche des causes d\u2019un dysfonctionnement).
